FAQ

HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?
The whole trip lasts about an hour .

How Fast Does IT GO?
The Shark will reach speeds between 70 and 80 km/h.

Is it really the most comprehensive tour?
Yes. We take you through the inner harbour, out the Western Channel and into the lake. Wait, there's more! We continue, all the way around the islands and into the outer harbour before re-entering the inner harbour via the Eastern Channel.

Do i need to make a Reservation?
We do recommend that you book in advance to ensure availability. Click on the above tabs to book online or over the phone.

What should i bring?
If you're a photography buff, you'll want to bring your camera. You won't believe the skyline shots that'll be up for grabs. Apart from the usual summer essentials (sunscreen, water etc.), the only other thing you'll need is your sense of adventure!

Will i get wet?
We strive to keep everyone dry and comfortable at all times.

Who can ride the shark?
The Shark has thrilled and entertained people of all ages and from all walks of life. But while it may not be a roller coaster, it can at times be a wild ride. The Shark is not appropriate for those who have heart conditions, back problems, or those who may be in the later stages of pregnancy.

Can i wear a lifejacket?
Sure! You'll find one under each and every seat. Although most passengers elect to leave it there, you're welcome to wear it or even just hold onto it. The Shark and its crew are fully certified by Transport Canada.
